Veedurías. Las organizaciones sindicales podrán, de conformidad con la ley, organizar una veeduría para hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Capítulo por parte de la autoridad territorial responsable de la administración del servicio educativo, y recomendar la adopción de los ajustes que estimen convenientes en un reporte que realicen anualmente al Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
