Selección de personal. La selección de personal del Banco Agrario de Colombia S.A., distinto del Presidente, se hará a través de empresas independientes de reconocida reputación en el mercado nacional, cuya selección será aprobada por la Junta Directiva. La selección se hará entidad en atención a los resultados de las pruebas correspondientes, que deberán evaluar los méritos de la persona y su capacitación para el cargo que habrá de desempeñar, sin consideraciones de tipo partidista.
