Articulo 2° La venta que por el artículo anterior se autoriza, deberá efectuarse por medio de subasta pública, en los términos y con las formalidades prescritas en los artículos 201 y 204 del Código de Régimen Político y Municipal, pero no estará sometida a la aprobación del Gobernador del Departamento, de que trata el artículo 12 de la Ley 71 de 1916.
