Article 18

La Solicitud De Matrícula Profesional Deberá Presentarse Acompañada De Los Siguientes Documentos: A) Fotocopia Autenticada De La Cédula De Ciudadanía O De Extranjería; B) Certificado De Registro Del Título Que Lo Acredite Como Bibliotecólogo; C) Fotocopia Autenticada De La Resolución Del Director Del Icfes Mediante La Cual Se Reconoce Y Convalida El Título Obtenido Como Profesional De La Bibliotecología

La solicitud de matrícula profesional deberá presentarse acompañada de los siguientes documentos

Fotocopia autenticada de la cédula de ciudadanía o de extranjería;

Certificado de registro del título que lo acredite como Bibliotecólogo;

Fotocopia autenticada de la resolución del Director del Icfes mediante la cual se reconoce y convalida el título obtenido como profesional de la Bibliotecología. Este requisito se exige únicamente a las personas cuyo título haya sido obtenido en el exterior;

Pago de los derechos pecuniarios a que hubiere lugar.
