Tradición de áreas de cesión obligatoria. Adiciónase el

Parágrafo

del artículo 5 de la Ley 9 de 1989, modificado por el artículo 117 de la Ley 388 de 1997, con el siguiente inciso: "Con el registro de la escritura de constitución de la urbanización en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos o la que haga sus veces, se efectuará la tradición al municipio o distrito de las áreas de cesión obligatoria gratuita. La Oficina respectiva notificará al Alcalde del municipio sobre el particular".
