La Nación reintegrará al Departamento del Magdalena toda suma que esta entidad haya cubierto o cubra con exceso de lo que debería pagar si la operación de préstamo se hubiera hecho por setecientos ochenta y siete mil quinientos pesos ($ 787.500) moneda legal, para efectuar los pagos en esta misma moneda dentro de las demás condiciones del contrato.
