CAPACIDAD Y REPRESENTACIÓN. Los contribuyentes pueden actuar ante la Administración Tributaria personalmente o por medio de sus representantes o apoderados.

Los contribuyentes menores adultos pueden comparecer directamente y cumplir por sí los deberes formales y materiales tributarios.
