Los gastos con cargo a las partidas apropiadas para la cámara de Representantes y el Senado de la República serán ordenadas por el Presidente de la respectiva corporación previa solicitud escrita de la Mesa Directiva de la Comisión correspondiente, y no podrán ser destinados a gastos diferentes de los solicitados por estas.
