°. Proceso de certificación . La Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios adelantará el proceso de certificación de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 4° de la Ley 1176 de 2007. Para estos efectos, verificará que los municipios y distritos hayan dado cumplimiento a los criterios que se establecen a continuación, en el año calendario inmediatamente anterior.
