º . Para que opere el Fondo de Solidaridad Agropecuario, los eventos previstos en el artículo segundo de la Ley 302 de 1996, deberán tener ocurrencia con posterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de dicha ley y los créditos sobre los cuales intervendría el Fondo, deberán haber sido contraídos con anterioridad a tales eventos. Estas condiciones no son aplicables al programa de prelación de compra de que trata el artículo noveno transitorio de la citada ley.
