Artículo sexto. Si los Notarios violaren lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior o incumplieren las obligaciones que les imponen los artículos 3º, inciso 2º, y 4º, literales a) y b), de este Decreto, los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados se abstendrán de registrar los respectivos documentos públicos.
