Autorízase al Gobierno para nombrar y despachar una Comisión compuesta de los Ingenieros y auxiliares necesarios y destinada á señalar en el terreno, de acuerdo con la que debe nombrar el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de Venezuela, las secciones artificiales de la frontera establecida por la sentencia arbitral que pronunció el Gobierno de España el 16 de Marzo de 1891.
