Artículo único. Declárase al Jeneral José E. Andrade con derecho a obtener una pension mensual de cincuenta pesos, como prócer de la Independencia colombiana. Esta pension será pagada por el Tesoro público, en los mismos términos en que se ha dispuesto por leyes preexiwstentes el pago de las pensiones de igual naturaleza que se ha decretado.
