° . Para el desarrollo de sus actividades el PLANTE hará uso de los instrumentos vigentes propios de la política de desarrollo rural. Consiguientemente coordinará con los organismos competentes la titulación de tierras, el ordenamiento de los procesos de colonización, la vivienda social y el acceso de la población rural a los servicios de salud, agua potable, educación, crédito, asistencia técnica, comercialización de cosechas y dotación de infraestructura vial y de servicios. Todo lo anterior, dentro de los criterios de conservación y recuperación de los recursos naturales renovables como soporte central del desarrollo rural campesino sostenible.
