º . Régimen de Transición de los aviadores civiles. Los aviadores civiles, tendrán derecho a los beneficios del régimen de transición de que trata el presente artículo, siempre que al 1º de abril de 1994 hayan cumplido cualquiera de los siguientes requisitos

Haber cumplido cuarenta (40) o más años de edad si son hombres, o treinta y cinco (35) o más años de edad si son mujeres.

Haber cotizado o prestado servicios durante diez (10) años o más.
