Objeto, alcance y oportunidad. La audiencia pública a que se refiere el presente Capítulo, tendrá como objeto presentar por parte del Director General de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales ante el Consejo Directivo y a la comunidad en general, el proyecto de Plan de Acción Trienal, PAT, con el fin de recibir comentarios, sugerencias y propuestas de ajuste. La audiencia pública se realizará dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a la posesión del Director General de la Corporación.
