°. Fijación en calendario académico . Las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación incluirán este día de receso en el calendario académico que, de conformidad con el Decreto número 1850 de 2002, deben expedir para los establecimientos educativos estatales de su jurisdicción.

Parágrafo Transitorio

El Gobierno Nacional autoriza a las entidades territoriales certificadas para modificar los calendarios académicos que hayan expedido para el año 2015, con el fin de incluir el Día de la Excelencia Educativa. Lo anterior, de conformidad con el artículo 15 del Decreto número 1850 de 2002.
