Articulo único. Condónase á los herederos de Avelino Escobar la cantidad de tres mil doscientos setenta y seis pesos treinta centavos ($ 3,276-30) que le ha deducido la Oficina general de Cuentas en el examen de las de la Aduana de Buenaventura, correspondiente á los meses de Mayo, Junio y Diciembre de 1877.
