ACTIVIDADES DE INTERMEDIACION EN EL MERCADO DE VALORES. De conformidad con el artículo 7º de la Ley 27 de 1990, las entidades sujetas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria podrán realizar actividades de intermediación en el mercado público de valores en la medida en que se los permita su régimen legal y con arreglo a las disposiciones que expida la Sala General de la Comisión Nacional de Valores.
