Artículo cuarto. A partir del Io de febrero de 1975, reajustánse en un veinte por ciento (20%) los sobresueldos de los tres maestros, empleados de entidades diferentes al Instituto, que actualmente desempeñan funciones de tele-maestros de Televisión Educativa en el Instituto.
