Reconocimiento y pago de pensiones. El Banco de la República continuará reconociendo y pagando las pensiones de los extrabajadores de las liquidadas Oficinas de Registro de Cambios, Prefectura de Control de Cambios y Control de Cambios que completaron los requisitos legales para adquirir este derecho antes del 30 de diciembre de 1992 o a quienes habiendo cumplido el tiempo de servicio a la misma fecha, cumplan posteriormente la edad requerida para tener dicho derecho y no se encuentren afiliados a una administradora de pensiones.
