Si un buque entrare a un puerto habilitado sin estar provisto de la patente de navegación o del sobordo debidamente certificado, se le impondrá al Capitán, por el Administrador de la Aduana, una multa de quinientos a ochocientos pesos, y será custodiado el buque por dos empleados del Resguardo desde el momento en que éntre hasta aquél en que salga del puerto.
