º . Modifícase la función señalada en el numeral 8 del artículo 24 del Decreto 210 de 2003, la cual quedará así: "8. Desarrollar la estrategia de desarrollo empresarial, de productividad y competitividad, de Mipymes y regulación, de conformidad con los lineamientos señalados por los Consejos Superiores de Micro y de Pequeña y Mediana Empresa y el Ministro. Para tal efecto, establecerá mecanismos permanentes y eficaces que garanticen la coordinación y la mayor participación del sector privado".
