Art. 2°. Destínase igualmente del Tesoro nacional la cantidad de mil ochocientos pesos ($ 1,800) para costear el trasporte de seis misioneros para la Goajira y la Nevada. Esta suma será entregada a Su Señoría el Obispo de Santa Marta.
