Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 294 de 1996, el cual quedará así: El Programa Presidencial de Apoyo para la Dotación Hospitalaria, asesorará al Ministerio de Salud en la coordinación de acciones con la Red de Solidaridad Social y demás entidades y programas del orden nacional, departamental o municipal, que tengan funciones o planes afines o complementarios con sus objetivos.
