La construcción de las edificaciones necesarias para el funcionamiento de estas Escuelas se hará previa la elaboración de estudios, planos y presupuestos por parte de la Dirección de Arquitectura del Ministerio de Educación Nacional teniendo en cuenta las condiciones y especificaciones técnicas para esta clase de construcciones, y en terrenos que cederán los Municipios de Guachucal y Purificación.
