Requisitos ya acreditados. A los empleados públicos del sector defensa, para todos los efectos legales no les serán exigibles requisitos distintos a los acreditados al momento de su vinculación inicial al sector defensa en el último lapso de tiempo de servicio continuo, ni los establecidos en el presente decreto, mientras permanezcan en los mismos empleos que desempeñan a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, o en el equivalente según la nomenclatura especial establecida.
