Art. 7.° Destínase de los fondo públicos la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ( $ 25,000 ), que se considerará votada en el Presupuesto, para que la estatua i el retrato sean dignos del Congreso colombiano i del notable ciudadano a quien se consagra.
