Régimen Personal. De conformidad con el Decreto 1284 de 1994 y en concordancia con los artículos 209 y 210 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, son aplicables a las administradoras del Régimen Solidario de Prima Media con Prestación Definida, las sanciones administrativas que el Superintendente Bancario puede imponer a cualquier director, gerente, revisor fiscal y otro funcionario o empleado, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar por conductas descritas en disposiciones especiales.
