Art. 345. Por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública se tomarán las medidas del caso, á fin de fundar en la ciudad de Bogotá un colegio para señoritas; si esto no fuere posible por ahora, se ensanchará el Colegio de La Merced, de acuerdo con el Sr. Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca. & 1º El colegio que se funde, ó el de La Merced, se establecerá sobre el plan de la Escuela Normal de Institutoras de Cundinamarca. & 2º Las alumnas que quieran graduarse de Maestras de Escuela elemental y de Escuela superior podrán hacerlo; mas esto no es obligatorio, ni apareja compromisos posteriores.
