Del Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos "Alexander von Humboldt". El Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos "Alexander von Humboldt" creado en el artículo 19 de la Ley 99 de 1993, se organizará como una Corporación Civil sin ánimo de lucro, de carácter público pero sometida a las reglas del derecho privado, vinculada al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, con autonomía administrativa, personería jurídica y patrimonio propio, organizada según lo dispuesto en la Ley 29 de 1990 y en el Decreto 393 de 1991.
