Las devoluciones que de conformidad con esta Ley deban hacerse a los interesados se efectuarán así: por la Aduana respectiva y en virtud de orden del Ministerio de Hacienda, fundada en la decisión del Jurado cuando se trate de sumas cobradas a los interesados en la vigencia que esté en curso, y por la Tesorería General de la República, sobre orden expedida por el Ministerio del Tesoro, en virtud de reconocimiento hecho por el de Hacienda, si las sumas proceden de vigencia anterior.
