º. Adecuación de la estructura y Adopción de la nueva Planta de Personal . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto y dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha de su publicación, el Gobierno procederá a determinar las modificaciones necesarias a la estructura y a adoptar la nueva planta de personal.
