El Gerente General será el ejecutor de las normas señaladas a Puertos de Colombia por la ley, decreto reglamentario, estatutos y de las que imparta la Junta Directiva. Sus atribuciones y funciones se le señalan en los presentes Estatutos. Todos los empleados de Puertos de Colombia le estarán subordinados.
