Art. 6º El Gobierno podrá restablecer cuando lo estime conveniente la acuñación de monedas de oro y de plata en las Casas de Bogotá y de Medellín, comprar al Departamento de Antioquia la Casa de Moneda que le pertenece y proveer á ésta y á la de Bogotá de la maquinaria que falte para montarlas convenientemente.
