º La Comisión que se integra a través del presente decreto, cumplirá las funciones previstas en el artículo transitorio 20 de la Constitución y contará con la colaboración que requiera de los diferentes organismos de la Rama Ejecutiva. El Presidente de la República podrá crear los comités sectoriales consultivos que considere necesarios para apoyar las labores de la Comisión.
