Articulo 34. El manejo de los bienes y recursos del instituto se hará, en Cuanto la naturaleza de sus funciones lo permita, conforme al presupuesto Aprobado por el consejo directivo, cuya elaboración, tramite y publicidad Se someterán a las normas que sobre establecimientos públicos establecen la Ley orgánica del presupuesto y los decretos 1050 y 2887 de 1968.
