º El Presidente de la República hará las correspondientes designaciones, de principales y suplentes con base en las listas de las personas que tengan el carácter de jubilados y empleados, según el artículo 2º del presente Decreto y que para dicho fin deberán serle enviadas, por conducto del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, por los Directores administrativos del Senado y de la Cámara.
