El Secretario del Consejo permanecerá en sus funciones durante el periodo de sesiones ordinarias o extraordinarias y quince (15) días más, para evacuar los asuntos despachados por el Consejo. Corresponde a los Secretarios de las corporaciones llevar el libro de actas y los demás que determinen las leyes, reglamentos y acuerdos respectivos.
