° De la solicitud de inscripción en la Carrera Administrativa. Los empleados públicos a que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, podrán solicitar su inscripción extraordinaria en el escalafón de la Carrera Administrativa, si a 10 de enero de 1990 desempeñaban un empleo de tal carácter.

Decreto 1334 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamenta el inciso tercero del artículo 27 de la Ley 10 de 1990, sobre la inscripción extraordinaria en la Carrera Administrativa de los empleados públicos del subsector oficial de Salud, al servicio de las entidades territoriales y de sus entes descentralizados.
