Art. 11. La revelación del secreto profesional será perseguida ante los Jueces por las partes perjudicadas. El responsable de este delito será condenado a indemnizar a los agraviados de los daños y perjuicios causados, a juicio de peritos nombrados conforme a las leyes, y a pagar una multa de cincuenta a cien pesos oro, destinados al sostenimiento del hospital más próximo al lugar de la residencia del delincuente.
