El porcentaje restante de que trata el artículo 1º de la presente ley, es decir, el diez por ciento (10%) correspondiente a la Universidad de la Paz en Barrancabermeja y el quince por ciento (15%) correspondiente a las Unidades Tecnológicas de Santander en Bucaramanga, se distribuirá porcentualmente así: el cuarenta por ciento (40%) para el mantenimiento, ampliación y mejora de la actual planta física; otro treinta por ciento (30%) para dotación y compra de equipos necesarios para implementar la investigación y el treinta por ciento (30%) restante se invertirá según las prioridades establecidas por la Junta Directiva de cada entidad.
