De esa suma podrá la Junta disponer hasta por treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) para indemnizar a los ciudadanos afectados en su patrimonio o en ellos mismos por la acción del fuego y cuyas circunstancias de pobreza se acrediten ante la misma Junta.
