Art. 5.° Será también deber de dichos profesores dirijir el ornato de los edificios nacionales en la capital; i el Poder Ejecutivo podrá, además, contratar con ellos algunas de las obras que dicho ornato exija, siempre que esto no perjudique al buen desempeño de las funciones que les corresponden en la Academia.
