°. Las atribuciones del Consejo Directivo serán las siguientes: 1ª. Examinar y aprobar o improbar los catastros formados por las Juntas del distrito; 2ª. Ordenar la enmienda o reposición de los catastros que estuvieren mal formados; 3ª. Disponer lo conveniente a fin de que el ingeniero no encuentre obstáculos invencibles en el desempeño de los encargos que se le encomiendan por medio del presente Decreto.
