LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 12. Las personas naturales o jurídicas, las sociedades de hecho, las comunidades organizadas y las sucesiones ilíquidas que obtengan en más de un setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) rentas brutas distintas de salarios, comisiones y dividendos, estarán obligadas a retener en la fuente una parte de su renta de cada año gravable a título de anticipo del valor del impuesto sobre la renta, complementarios y especiales que hayan de satisfacer por dicho año gravable.
