Conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 142 de la Constitución Política, los fiscales o quienes hagan sus veces ante los Despachos Judiciales, tendrán derecho a la exención por gastos de representación de que trata el numeral 7º del artículo 35 de la Ley 75 de 1986,en el mismo porcentaje aplicable a los jueces ante quienes ejercen sus funciones.
