ARTICULO 80 . Para la liquidación de las multas en salarios mínimos de conformidad con los artículos anteriores del presente título, se tomará el mayor salario mínimo diario vigente en la fecha en la cual sea cometida la infracción, o en su defecto cuando sea constatada por la Autoridad Marítima.
