Las operaciones activas y pasivas que el Banco de la República realice en desarrollo de los artículos 2º a 7º de la Ley 83 de 1962, no se tendrán en cuenta y, consiguientemente, no serán gravables para efectos del honorario del Barco de la República para el sostenimiento de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
