De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 7ª de 1944, la "Convención para la Salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial" , aprobada por la Conferencia General de la Unesco en su XXXII reunión, celebrada en París y clausurada el diecisiete (17) de octubre de dos mil tres (2003), y hecha y firmada en París el tres (3) de noviembre de dos mil tres (2003), que por el artículo 1° de esta ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto de la misma.
